UNDERWEAR - Please choose carefully, we do NOT exchange or refund underwear due to hygienic reasons.
BRAS & OTHER APPAREL can be returned for a store credit only, within 30 days of placing your order. Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained. You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage.
- Ensure your return is within 30 days of purchase.
- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. Our packaging is re-usable!
- Contact us at email@example.com with your return request noting your reason for return and your purchase order number. You’ll receive a returns authorisation number from us and a return mailing address. Please include the returns authorisation number on your parcel when returning otherwise your return may be delayed.
- Take your parcel to any postal outlet and send back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend track and trace parcel return, as we are not liable for any lost returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a STORE CREDIT will automatically be applied to your account.
The return/store credit process can take 5 business days from when we receive your parcel.
Any items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE, and no returns or exchanges will be offered on these items. Such items will be marked as FINAL SALE.
Replacement:We take care to check every order that we send out. However, if by chance your item(s) are defective or damaged once you receive them, we will offer a replacement free of charge. Please ensure you notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org
