“My nude is not the nude I find in stores”

Did you know Australia is one of the most culturally diverse nations in the world, with 49% of all Australians being either born overseas, or one or both parents being born overseas*. Yet most underwear companies only seem to provide one standard shade of nude underwear.

BU Underwear was created out of frustration for the lack of basic nude underwear in skin tones that actually matched ALL humans. We exist to eradicate the notion of one colour fits all, by offering 5 different skin tones, ensuring that there is a tone to suit all shades of human.  

We are POC, and proud of it. We want to be part of the change to ensure humans of all skin tones feel respected and cared for.  We want to set an example for our kids and for the next generation.  As Mahatma Gandhi said “you must be the change you wish to see in the world.”
